Lovevery Emotion Skill Set
Designer
The Emotion Book Set includes 12 stories that teach children how to identify, name, and regulate emotions as they happen. Real photos featuring relatable situations—like disappointment when you go to an ice cream shop but it’s closed, or sadness when your balloon floats away—help your child develop the strategies they need to navigate. As a Book Designer at Lovevery, I had the opportunity to design all 12 books in the set.
Research shows that books with realistic images increase children’s understanding of context and their ability to connect to information. The social emotional learning books in this set support a child’s development by helping them identify their feelings, build empathy, and learn regulation strategies.
